In our time together we will:
- Fine tune your daily food choices
- Discuss specific blood or stool tests you will need to identify the root cause of your health concern
- Re-design your supplement regime with high quality Clinical supplementation
- Analyse your test results to gain a deeper understanding of your health

You will have your first follow up consultation 2-3 weeks after the initial consultation to review the Nutritional changes.

The remaining 3 follow up consultations will be scheduled approximately every 3 weeks where we will review results of your testing, order personalised supplements and further build on dietary recommendations to help you get to EXACTLY where you want to be.

You will receive the 25 page Fuel Your Body Educational E-Book + 30 page Nutritionist developed recipe book with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes.

In your initial consultation we will go through the Fuel Your Body E-Book and set you specific Nutrient targets based off scientific calculations for your current bodyweight, activity level and lifestyle.

You will learn the science of individualised Nutrition and how to seamlessly plan your day of eating to achieve your Nutritional goals in a self paced and flexible way that gives PROVEN long term results.
